- Discovery Full Circle is a tool which offers 360 degree feedback, bringing personal feedback to life in an engaging and positive way. It compares an individual’s self-perception with the perceptions of a feedback group.
- Based on the same principles as Insights Discovery, Discovery Full Circle improves team relationships, increasing communication and collaboration, and helps each individual become as effective as they can be in the workplace.
- Used in a series of workshops and/or one-to-one coaching sessions, this program helps learners gain a greater sensitivity and awareness of how their behavior and preferences are perceived by others.
