What is EFT?

EFT is usually a short term (8-20 sessions), research validated, structured approach to couples therapy based on the importance of creating a safe haven and secure bond within your relationship. Research consistently demonstrates that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery.   Approximately 90% of couples show significant improvements in their relationship, personal well being, sense of safety, security and comfort with their partner.  EFT is being used with many different kinds of couples and many different cultural groups throughout the world.
