Kim is an expert facilitator and coach with a people-centred and results-oriented approach. With over 20 years of coaching, conflict management and facilitation experience, she brings a practiced and practical approach to her work.
As a trusted advisor Kim brings out the best in people and groups. She is approachable and has an innate ability to connect to inspire personal and organizational change.
Kim served as a coach for over 18 years with the Justice Institute of BC and has brought her skills of conflict resolution, mediation and investigation to various private and public Respectful Workplace programs. Kim’s fusion of these skills along with her talent as a facilitator help her design workshops that are practical, engaging and results oriented.
Kim has an M.A. in Applied Behavioural Science from Saybrook University and holds a certificate in Mediation and Negotiation from the Justice Institute of BC. An avid learner, Kim is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and holds additional certification with:

Peter Clark, MSc, MA
Peter’s expertise is in getting to the essence of any issue and building trust, resulting in the resolution of longstanding disputes. As a trusted senior advisor to executives and front line workers, an expert in family mediation and counselling, Peter has facilitated improved relationships at senior levels of organizations, on teams, with couples and families.
Peter holds a Master of Science focused on Neuroscience / Neuropsychology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University.
Additionally, Peter is certified in Family Mediation, Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples and large group facilitation.
