Peter F ClarkPeter is a leading conflict coach and mediator  whose expertise has resolved personal and team conflicts, reduced organizational bullying and harassment, led teams to higher performance and coached leaders to confidently respond to organizational relationship challenges.   Peter has provided leadership coaching,  mediation,  and training to organizations as diverse as education, health care, First Nations, government, high tech, non-profit agencies, and financial sectors. Peter is a frequent keynote speaker and guest lecturer and has served as consultant to over 1,000 companies internationally including Microsoft, Deloitte, Home Depot, Conoco Philips, Accenture, BC Supreme Court and many others.

Peter assists organizations to reduce their financial and personal impacts of conflict through enhancing respectful workplace behaviours, mediating agreements and facilitating improved interpersonal and team relationships. He has provided hundreds of training and development workshops to front line employees, teams, global service leaders & executives. Peter has facilitated strategic direction and resolved conflicts by engaging participants at all organizational levels and working with multiple unions. Peter has diagnosed conflicts, mediated agreements and facilitated difficult conversations for hundreds of individuals and groups.  The benefits have been reduced legal costs, enhanced employee engagement through improved working relationships, increased morale and more focused outcomes.

Ranked Top Mediator in his Masters of Arts in Organizational Conflict Program, Peter was also short-listed for the Governor Generals Award for Top University Masters Thesis. In addition to an MA in Conflict Analysis & Management, Peter also holds an MSc in Neuropsychology from the University of Waterloo and post graduate certification in Industrial Engineering Management, advanced training in Leadership, Mediation and Facilitation.

Peter is a two-time Ironman Triathlon competitor (top 5% swimmer), professional musician and composer and, published researcher.
